Rani Deshpande established her design studio in 2004, having spotted a gap in the market for contemporary stationery and gift products. Since then, her distinctive creations have been much sought after and she has been commissioned to create designs for several prestigious companies.

In 2009 Rani launched a new collection of seed paper gifts: Little Bloomers. The product proved an instant hit and was shortlisted for Gift of the Year in the eco-friendly category. Further additions to the range soon followed, including plantable decorations and tableware.
Rani’s work is informed by her passion for colour, texture and style. She takes pleasure in working with everyday materials to create unique products that delight and surprise.
